Shyam Anandaraman

Product Strategy

After completing MS in the US and a stint of 3 years at Goldman Sachs New York as technology analyst, Shyam took up product manager role at Global scholar.com (a startup in education space) in India. Shyam loves bringing ideas to action and takes care of product & strategy at Frilp. Shyam is madly optimistic about India, Entrepreneurship and Social Initiatives. Outside Frilp, his time gets filled with Srijan (his 4 year old son who gives him enough exercise) & Coloringlives.org (The NGO that he co-founded which keeps him connected with grassroot realities).

Senthil Kanthaswamy

Product Marketing

Senthil was always fascinated about what computers could do, the impact of its applications and was passionate about computers and technology from childhood. He wrote the first program in 6th grade and sold the first technology product commercially when he was 16 and the story has been continuing since then. Senthil went to College of Engineering Guindy, Chennai and he was also the founding member of Kurushetra(Intl tech fest) and lead several other organizations when he was in college. He joined GlobalScholar as a Product Manager and grew to be the lead product manager for a 240 million dollar internet product. Senthil loves design, photography, travel, exploring nature trails and to experiment/build on new stuff!

Raja Jayaraman

Raja comes from an enterprise software development background where he has been part of projects ranging from few millions to hundreds of millions of dollars. During his last stint, he was leading the mobile team for Cognizant and has worked for Wall Street banks in Newyork as a technology architect in the past. Apart from Growing businesses from scratch, tamil movies and spending time in serene countryside is something which raja enjoys. Raja went to Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai for his under graduation.

Anish Deenadayalan

Open minded and highly motivated, Anish is passionate about developing scalable real-time applications to solve pervasive problems. Emphasizes efficiency and agility in everything he does. Entrepreneurship and being an entrepreneur excites Aravind. He has his current love towards designing and developing scalable web applications. Apart from that he likes to watch movies, learn french and talk a lot about it.

Aravindan Doraisamy (Araa)

Design

Araa is the creative arm of the team and is passionate about design in any form; Nicely designed buildings to well thought out product design are always topics of conversation for him. He specialises in UI Design and User Experience and believes that an aesthetically well designed product will only cut through the crowd. Aravindan is also a Fulbright scholar and holds a masters in visual communication from Loyola college, Chennai.

Dinesh Gopal

Design

Dinesh is an ardent follower of KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid). He strongly believes following minimalism is the only effective way to keep the users engaged in any products' experience. Being a Visual Communication graduate, he has worked with advertising firms as well as in software industry. He is an avid traveller/trekker and relishes varied food, climate, lifestyle, & culture. Trekking has taught him to push the limits beyond one's ability in life and compares trekking with working @ startups which is the primary reason why he has chosen Frilp as his first destination in startup voyage!

MK Balaji

Product Marketing

MKB loves doing work that impact people. Would forgo his roughest ego to retain a friend. Someone who likes to appreciate and celebrate even small good things happening in life . Being a professional singer he loves the Creative , Passionate and boundless imagination that music offers and the Analytical , Strategic and Practical thinking that Product Marketing offers him.

Mahesh loves making stuff work: robots, organizations and apps alike. And hence he landed in the premises of Frilp. He is passionate about startups and as a part of the last startup he did, he developed an application to exchange class notes in colleges. Of course, it was a runaway success and thousands of students used it actively to exchange and seek notes. Away from these he's indulgent in food, devoted to music and curious about existence.

Viswajith

Immensely passionate and ardent learner, Jith has the tendency to gravitate towards innovative ideas. This Ex-Business analyst from Mu Sigma loves realizing ideas that make a real world impact . Has worked with a couple of startups before bootstrapping his own student venture in college. Apart from these Beer, Travel & Quentin Tarantino are few other stuffs that excite him.

Yogesh V

Yogesh has this propensity to be curious towards gadgets. Hand him a recently launched smartphone or a tablet & it is most likely that he'll be engrossed enough to miss his next meal. This is actually because of a natural fall out of him being a computer engineer - he comes with a bachelor's engineering degree from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He's joined us after a 3.5 years stint with Infosys right out of college. He's most likely to be spotted cheering an EPL fixture, a tennis grand slam, a F1 Race or an IPL match when he feels he's had enough of gadgets. Yes, he's a sport at heart !

Pavan Madhusoodhanan

Pavan loves to code and a history buff. Mobile app development is his current amusement.Watching anime and cartoon of various genres and also reading economy , historical wars and interesting facts .

Sundar Krishnamoorthy

Admin & Accounts

A kid at both heart and in real actions, Sundar is our in-house all-rounder who takes care of everything needed to keep the Frilp team sane. From admin activities, to bill paying, to arranging for food, to managing and reporting accounts to auditing firm, to maintaining all infrastructure in right shape. Sundar loves thinking & talking about the most impossible of all solutions like a flying dinasour to air-drop couriers etc in his pass-time. He along with Shanthi akka & Pushpa akka (our house-keeping staff) keep the lifeline of Frilp running 24x7 (Food & All admin supplies) to ensure none of the 18+ member team ever worry about anything outside their CORE skills and ownership items.

ManiShankar

Engineering

Manishankar is a team player. He always brings in positive influence to the team. His inquisitive nature combined with his passion to learn are the catalyst which drives him towards technology. He loves playing with numbers right from his childhood days. Graduated from PSG Tech, he is a diehard fan of Manchester United and Roger Federer. A budding writer in Quora , he also relishes music and loves to watch sci-fi movies.

Rinoy

Engineering

Rinoy hails from God's own country and is the pakka mallu guy at Frilp. He loves building mobile apps and is into Android app development. Keeps a tab on the latest trends and updates in mobile technology. Previously developed android apps for finance and trading domains. Appreciates good design and is keen on building mobile apps which provide quality user experience. Ardent follower of bollywood movies and music.

Swaminathan

Monetisation

Swami is the "youngest member" of the team ;). Has an experience of 25+ years globally across many domains. Previously was the CEO of a leading brand in education. Forging partnerships, building/scaling the business and raising capital are areas he has experience in. More recently he served on the board of a local business listing company & understands the need for disruption in local-business space. Apart from driving strategy, he operationally owns up the monetization side of Frilp. Outside Frilp, he is an avid Golfer & loves to mentor start-ups & young entrepreneurs. His result-oriented approach, no-airs-personality, diverse experience & desire to build & sustain disruptive solutions keeps him going both in Frilp and outside.

Vignesh

Product Marketing

Highly passionate about startups, technology and computers. Loves the world of quizzing,sports and music. Always wants to be part of something different which impacts the world and leave a mark in whatever is done, Vignesh is an avid learner and versatile. A huge follower of Manchester United and a keen sports observer and current affairs and international events.

Kannan

Engineering

In no particular order - Cricket, Java and Food are the entities that Kannan's life revolves around. An Engineer by default, a computer engineer by double default, he plays with Java and Cricket for the past 4.5 years after graduating from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. So like his algorithms, his food structure follows a simple logic but serves larger proportions. At times his hyperactive hyperlinks travels from 'Sydney Herald' to 'The Guardian' of course searching for a Cricket update. Given his commitment levels for the things he is passionate about, Kannan is definitely the strength of the wolf if he is in the pack.

Deepak

An avid fan of Dhoni, CSK, Vijay and all elements that makes up a tagline for a Tamil boy. Apart from computers his passion revolves around cricket and movies. Deepak graduated from CEG with a Masters in Information Technology and he had been with IvyComptech for a couple of years, before joining us . A passionate engineer who loves to be involved in developing products that impacts lives, and there he is @ Frilp. He is quick in making friends and loves to be around people. He firmly believes and follows "Try and fail but, dont fail to try" attitude and has the gumption to pull off challenges. Having an exciting journey at Frilp.
